Manifesto House for Infiniski Sustainable Architecture and Construction. On 160m2 and using 3 maritime containers we experiment with the ideas that lie behind the construction projects carried out by Infiniski for its clients. It is Infiniski’s spearhead, just as F-1 for the car industry.
The project applies bio-climatic design concepts such as “Forms Follow Energy”, “dress and undress” techniques adapting the house to the seasons of the year in order to obtain passive heating and cooling effects in winter and summer respectively, etc. This results in reduced energy consumption along the house’s life span.
Pre-fabricated construction benefits include lower energy expenditure and improved waste management. 85% of the materials employed are recycled, such are cellulose from unread newspapers which isolates the house; reused wooden pallets and containers; and eco-friendly certificated wood.
Application of renewable energies for water and space heating together with bioclimatic design reduce the consumption of energy by 70% as compared to the traditional systems.
