In the Single-Family Residential Building category, the nominations went to Terrace with a Lake House (proj. UGO Architecture), House in Mława (proj. James & Mau Arquitectura) and Polish Homestead (proj. BXBstudio Boguslaw Barnaś). The jury decided to award two equal prizes.

The house in Mława by James & Mau Arquitectura received the award for modesty in the creation of the geometry of the mass and consistency manifested at every stage, from concept to careful execution. It is an excellent example of how well brick and concrete work together. It is a timeless house with a refined aesthetic, for which it particularly deserves attention and distinction.
